Brief of the Case: - The case is that as per the complaint of mrs.usha antony, aged 37, w/o.antony a samuel, cc no. xi/661 a, kainam parambil, mechanzi garden, pattalam road, kochi, a crime case was registered against one mrs. baby antony, aged 48, w/o. antony peter, palliparambil house, south thamra parambu, fort kochi. another case, as crime no. 795/2010 u/s 406,420 & 34 ipc was registered against the above said baby antony and one renjith kumar, age 30, s/o gopalan, nandanam thodu, mattannoor, kannur, as per the complaint of mr. tijo george, arackal house, ezhupunna,cherthala and on investigation it was revealed that the offence was committed by the accused.

The accused person had stolen away a hand bag containing ATM cards of SBT, Federal Bank and Canara Bank and some valid documents of Sri. K.M.M. Nair -a retired D.I.G of B.S.F- at ambalapuzha. The accused had drawn Rs. 1, 10,000/- from the banks by using the ATM cards. The photographs of the accused were obtained from the ATM counter of SBI Pattom Branch, Thiruvananthapuram.
